At the time of my installment contract, I was told what would be done and was all in writing. The workers used ladder stand-offs and covered eave spouts, windows and shrubs with tarps. All the workers were courteous and respectful of my property. They also did a wonderful job of cleanup after they finished the roof. Remember the old saying YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.
