The process works so that sheets of bitumen are rolled onto the roof, then one of our team will use a propane torch to heat the material, adhering it to the surface. After the layers are of the right temperature, seams are melted to one and other in order to create a waterproof seal. It has an extremely high tolerance to heat and the cold and can also expand and contract without the risks of melting or cracking.
